ABOUT US
The STAB Lab at the PGSSC seeks to answer two questions:
1) How do we improve blood transfusion capacity in rural settings?
2) How can we evaluate evolving trauma systems?
MEET THE TEAM
Nakul Raykar, MD MPH
Dr. Nakul Raykar is an assistant professor in the Division of Trauma, Burn, and Surgical Critical Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital and a faculty in the PGSSC. He is passionate about finding solutions to global blood deserts, which are a major barrier to implementing surgical systems.
