The first Tanzanian NSOAP was launched by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children in March 2018. Along with our SS2020 partners, PGSSC, provided technical assistance in the NSOAP development process by conducting literature and policy reviews, stakeholder engagement, technical working group support, drafting, costing and validation. Currently, the PGSSC continues to support the MOH through advocacy and implementation.
